TEHRAN (Reuters) - The death toll from a bomb blast at a mosque in southern Iran on Saturday had risen to at least 10 and more than 160 were wounded, Iranian Press TV state television reported on Sunday.
On Saturday, Iranian media reported at least nine peoplehad been killed and that more than 100 were wounded.
Press TV, Iran's English-language satellite station, saidno one had claimed responsibility yet for the bombing.
