Speaking to announce the Beta version of iNVEZZ.com, a new portal for investors, having gone live, co-founder John Adam outlined what the online media will bring to the investment community.
"The news section provides updates on current affairs relevant to the investment community as would any financial media. The analysis section covers both current and general investment topics with a more indepth editorial approach". Topics range far and wide, from the arguments for and against gold as an investment holding to an overview of Mongolia as an investment destination, and African real estate opportunities.
"While the journalism on iNVEZZ in the news and analysis sections will always take the approach of presenting the facts and the different sides of an argument whilst staying as neutral as possible, facilitating investors in being able to research a topic and come to their own conclusions, the blogging platform will be a transparent platform where a particular opinion and position can be put forward. The blogging section will be a free platform where professional and amateur experts can transparently present their position on investment topics, whether they have an invested interest or not, and engage with other users, who perhaps would like to present counter-arguments or support the views expressed".
The other aspect of iNVEZZ that Adam stressed upon was the portal´s investment search function. "Rather than trawling the internet to locate providers and investment products, investors who wish to do their own research and not simply rely upon suggestions from advisors will be able to set their criteria and be presented with the listed investment products which match. Should they choose to do so they can then get in touch with the providers for further information".
The investors´ community will certainly be interested to explore iNVEZZ and the management are keen to receive any feedback while the portal is still in its Beta version.
