On August 1st, 1992 Kurt Pfister, Chief Executive Officer, European Operations, and Kathryn Voegeli, Chief Operating Officer, European Operations, founded PFC Pharma Focus AG in Switzerland. The company expanded its geographic footprint by founding affiliate companies in Germany, Israel and India and forming a network throughout Europe to conduct pan-European projects.
With the merger of PFC Pharma Focus AG and Clinipace Worldwide in 2011, the organizations formed a truly global dCRO with centralized North American, South American, and European hubs for strategic drug and medical device product development, clinical operations, data management, regulatory affairs, and GxP/CMC quality assurance. The European headquarters of Clinipace Worldwide shares the organization´s collective vision of helping emerging and mid-tier life science firms clients serve patients by substantially accelerating the drug and device development processes via technology-amplified services.
