Demetrio Apolloni Appointed President, Knoll Europe

Knoll, Inc. (NYSE: KNL) announced today that Demetrio Apolloni has been appointed President, Knoll Europe, effective September 1. Mr. Apolloni, who will report to Andrew Cogan, CEO and will be based in Milan, will be responsible for the Company´s sales, marketing, distribution and manufacturing for the KnollOffice and KnollStudio brands. He succeeds Norbert Becker who will become Chairman, Knoll Europe, a new position; Mr. Becker will retire on March 31, 2013.

Mr. Cogan said, "Demetrio joins Knoll with extensive experience in the high design furnishings space in both Europe and North America. Over his 20 year plus career, he has worked with such leading brands as Kartell, Cassina and B&B, and he intrinsically understands what makes our brand so special."

The Company also announced the promotion of London-based Graham Jones to Senior Vice President, KnollOffice, Europe, reporting to Mr. Apolloni.

Commenting on the promotion, Mr. Cogan added, "Graham has been an instrumental partner to Norbert Becker as the sales and marketing leader for our business in Europe. He has tremendous knowledge of the office market and he has built a strong team of sales leaders across the continent."
