Pala Investments Holdings Limited ("Pala"), a multi-strategy investment company focused on the mining sector, announces the completion of a corporate restructuring. The restructuring involved the incorporation directly into Pala of all of the exclusive advisory services previously performed by Pala Investments AG ("PIAG").
Each member of the Pala team previously employed by PIAG is now directly employed by Pala. PIAG has ceased all business activities. All Pala personnel will work in the new Pala branch office located at the same address in Zug previously occupied by PIAG and each of them can be reached using the same contact information as before. Jan Castro, previously the Chief Executive Officer of PIAG, has become the Chief Executive Officer of Pala.
