Conversus Capital, L.P. (Euronext Amsterdam: CCAP) ("Conversus") today reported its estimated net asset value ("NAV") as of 31 May 2012.
As of 31 May, Conversus had an estimated NAV per unit of $26.36 reflecting a decrease of 1.1% from the 30 April NAV per unit of $26.65. NAV per unit as of 31 May reflects distributions paid to unit holders of $0.75 per unit year-to-date and $3.25 per unit over Conversus´ life. Investment NAV was $1,647.5 million while unfunded commitments were $368.3 million as of 31 May. By comparison, as of 30 April, investment NAV was $1,687.9 million and unfunded commitments were $379.3 million.
Portfolio cash flows for May included $36.7 million in distributions and $12.3 million in capital calls.
