Jefferies today announced the hiring of Lyndon Norley as a Managing Director and Head of European Restructuring & Recapitalization Investment Banking. He is based in the firm´s London office.

Mr. Norley joins Jefferies with more than 20 years of restructuring experience, and joins the firm from Greenberg Traurig Maher, where he was Head of their European Restructuring practice. Previously, he was Head of the European Restructuring practice at Kirkland & Ellis for seven years and a Partner in the Financial Restructuring practice of Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft where he practiced for five years. Mr. Norley started his career as a restructuring lawyer at Clifford Chance.
