Openbravo Launches New Partner Program, Shows ERP Appliance and New Openbravo POS Version, and Talks about ´´Virtual Appliances: An Option for SaaS´´ at CeBIT 2008

Openbravo, the leading developer of web-based open source
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Point of Sale (PoS) solutions
for small and medium enterprises (SMEs), will be presenting its
updated quality-based Global Partner Program and Openbravo Network at
this year´s CeBIT.

Openbravo will preview its Global Partner Program, which includes
partner-exclusive benefits and new categories of partners. The program
is designed to match each level of partner needs to build a successful
business around Openbravo software.

The demonstration of Openbravo Network and Openbravo POS v. 2.0
will be available at Openbravo´s booth in Hall 5, in the LinuxPark
area, at Stand F58/2. Openbravo Network is an ERP software appliance
built to address needs of SMEs. It combines full-fledged support and
software for the entire stack (operating system, Openbravo software,
application server and databases).

Openbravo POS v. 2.0 is an updated version of Openbravo´s leading
open source POS. The software is designed for high-volume retail and
hospitality environments and is integrated with Openbravo ERP to
provide front and back-office functionality. The new version includes
an enhanced interface, greater configuration, and easier localization.

Josep Mitja, COO of Openbravo, will be presenting "Virtual
Appliances: An option for SaaS" on "SaaS day." The conference will
take place on Thursday, March 6 at 5:15 p.m. at LinuxForum at
LinuxPark.
