ICON Introduces SceneSetter - Mirror with LED Lighting Interface

Everyone has been the victim of horrible dressing room lights with mirrors fit for a funhouse. It can be impossible to imagine how clothing will look in bright sunlight, or an evening gown by candlelight. Dressing room lighting can drive, or kill, retail sales.

ICON International, an Endo company, is introducing a groundbreaking fitting room solution. The SceneSetter mirror incorporates a touch-screen interface lighting system that simulates various real life environments. Customers can easily adjust color temperature and intensity to simulate office, evening or outdoor settings. Introduced at GlobalShop 2012, the SceneSetter is already in demand, drawing interest from store designers and major retailers in the U.S., Canada and Australia who are exploring ways to incorporate the SceneSetter in stores.

"The general reaction was wow!" said Michael Goeller, ICON president. "Retailers and store designers know the right dressing room atmosphere can increase sales and traffic. With its customizable scenes and soft flattering light, the SceneSetter acts as an in-store stylist."

The SceneSetter will be featured at the Endo- ICON booth at the light+building trade fair in Frankfurt, Germany, April 15-20.
