Petroplus Holdings AG (SIX: PPHN) today announced that the SIX Swiss Exchange has approved the Company´s application for the exemption from certain regulatory reporting and publicity requirements for a period from now until May 11, 2012, being the last day of trading of the Company´s shares. These requirements include the Annual Report 2011, the issuance of a corporate calendar and certain other notification obligations.
Petroplus Holdings AG will continue to report information regarding management transactions and major changes in ownership structure as well as continuing to comply with the directive on ad hoc publicity.
