Allegro provides 50 million personalized product recommendations on its website each month using KXEN´s InfiniteInsight TM Social.

InfiniteInsight TM Social has automated the entire end-to-end recommendation process, from data preparation to building product recommendation models, and applying scoring rules in production to its website.
Using InfiniteInsight TM Social, Allegro builds more than 160,000 rules every week from 119,000 product links (shoppers that "watched" similar products) and 43,000 purchase links (shoppers that purchased similar products), and can serve product recommendations from InfiniteInsight TM to its website in fewer than 200 milliseconds. The recommendation engine is integrated with Allegro´s Oracle Exadata data warehouse.
InfiniteInsight TM Social is the only end-to-end solution combining world-class predictive analytics with the latest in social network analysis, resulting in an order of magnitude improvement in campaign effectiveness. Allegro chose InfiniteInsight TM Social when it wanted to increase the income and gross merchandise volume (GMV) of its auction and e-Commerce websites in 11 Eastern European countries through cross-selling and up-selling to visitors.
