(the "Company") announced today that it has filed a registration statement on Form F-1 with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission relating to the proposed initial public offering of its ordinary shares. The Company is expected to offer all of the ordinary shares to be sold in the offering. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to repay debt and for working capital and other general corporate purposes.
