Digium®, Inc., the Asterisk® Company, and Noanet Distribuciones, S.L., today announced a partnership that allows Noanet to become the first official distributor of Digium products in Spain. Noanet, which has more than 10 years of experience working with unified communications (UC) and other telecom solutions, will focus on offering Digium´s Switchvox UC solution to customers across industries.
Digium designed its Switchvox family of award-winning UC systems for easy deployment and use. Switchvox is based on the open source Asterisk telephony platform, so it provides a single, powerful set of features at a price that small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) can afford. Features include seamless support for mobile users, integration with third-party web applications, advanced call control and call routing, customizable Switchboard software for business users, and call queues and IVR for customer support.
