Bénilde Escouboué Joins Société Foncière Lyonnaise

Bénilde Escouboué joined Société Foncière Lyonnaise (Paris:FLY) as head of Acquisitions and Asset Management. His role includes the portfolio structuring process already underway and the set up of an asset management approach covering the entire portfolio. He also oversees all acquisition and disposal deals. He is a member of the SFL Management Committee.

Bénilde Escouboué, 38, is a graduate of the ESC Bordeaux business school and has an MBA from INSEAD. He has a wide-ranging experience of the property sector, acquired over many years, having spent nine years with The Blackstone Group as an asset manager before moving to Natixis Capital Partners in 2010 as head of Asset Management.

With an exceptional portfolio of properties valued at €3.2 billion including transfer costs, essentially located in the Paris Central Business District, SFL is a preferred vehicle for investors wishing to invest in the Paris office and retail property market. As the leading player in this market, the Group is firmly focused on pro-actively managing high-quality property assets. SFL has elected to be taxed as an SIIC since 2003.
