Conversus Capital Announces Amendment to Credit Facility

Conversus Capital, L.P. (NYSE Euronext Amsterdam: CCAP) ("Conversus") announces an amendment to its credit facility with Citigroup ("Citi").

In light of its adoption of a harvesting strategy and its forecast for net cash flow, Conversus has amended its credit facility with Citi. The amendment, which is effective immediately, reduces the commitment size of the facility to $175 million until the end of 2012, with further reductions to $137.5 million for 2013 and $100 million for 2014. Previously, the commitment size was $325 million through 2013 and $200 million in 2014. Pricing for the facility, which includes a commitment fee of 0.75% on undrawn balances and an interest rate of LIBOR + 2.95% on drawn amounts, was not changed in the amendment.

Based on the commitment fee, the reduction in commitment size could result in total savings to Conversus of $3.3 million over the remaining term of the facility.

The full amendment document dated as of 15 December 2011 can be accessed on Conversus´ website at www.conversus.com in the Investor Relations section under the heading "Important Documents."
