Medeo Brings the Magic of the 50th Annual GRAMMY(R) Awards with Nokia to Mobile Devices Across the Globe

The 50th Annual GRAMMY(R) Awards is going mobile and global
through Medeo, the world´s first truly international mobile
entertainment and lifestyle service. Recently launched in
collaboration with Nokia, Medeo provides six channels of
originally-produced entertainment content specifically for mobile
devices. This cooperation will offer international mobile consumers
and music fans exciting content from the 50th Annual GRAMMY Awards
directly accessible through their video-enabled mobile devices at

As a result of the GRAMMY Awards´ agreement with Nokia, Medeo will
distribute mobile GRAMMY-related video content outside of the United
States, enabling Nokia´s millions of international viewers access to
the music industry´s biggest event of the year with content tailored
to suit their mobile lifestyle.

"The Recording Academy(R) is constantly looking to innovate, and
find new ways to reach music fans wherever they are," said Evan
Greene, Chief Marketing Officer of The Recording Academy. "Mobile
represents an excellent straight-to-consumer channel and offers a new
and unique way to provide an innovative GRAMMY experience. We are
excited to provide consumers access to the GRAMMYs on their mobile
devices through our partnership with Nokia."

With pre-show, day of and post-show coverage of this year´s
landmark event, Medeo will provide its users with a backstage pass to
all things GRAMMY. During this year´s event, Medeo will be inside the
velvet ropes, bringing the most popular artists in the world to the
mobile devices of international consumers.

"We are delighted to bring the 50th Annual GRAMMY Awards to the
international audience in a manner only Medeo can," said Juha
Tiihonen, CEO, Starcut, Medeo´s parent company. "That Nokia and The
Recording Academy have chosen Medeo to deliver this content to an
international audience is a testament to the fact that Medeo is
quickly establishing its position as the premier global channel for
mobile, offering brands and media outlets new and exciting ways to
reach the consumer. With our unique understanding of the international
consumer and the mobile marketplace, our objective is to change
forever what people expect from their devices and mobile content. We
