World Champion 1990 Mercedes-Benz Race Car, One of Only Five in the World, to be Auctioned Next Week

A significant piece of Mercedes-Benz racing history, the rare 1990
Sauber-Mercedes C-11, will be auctioned to the highest bidder on
January 29, 2008 in Miami at the law firm of Hunton & Williams LLP.
The vintage car was recently restored by Rocketsports, Inc., one of
the racing world´s leaders in engine design and construction, and is
racetrack ready.

The race car is one of only five C-11´s in the world built by
Mercedes-Benz and famed Swiss racing auto designer Peter Sauber. The
car´s performance during the 1990 and 1991 racing seasons qualifies it
as the most successful in its racing class. Driven by notable drivers
in historic racing venues throughout Europe and the United States, the
C-11 captured eight victories and the overall Sports Car World
Championship title in the early 1990s. Additional information and

Interested bidders must submit a qualified competing bid of at
least US $2.125 million before 5:00 pm EST on January 24, 2008 with a
refundable, US $200,000 deposit. The auction will take place on
January 29 at 2 pm EST at the law offices of Hunton & Williams, 1111
Brickell Ave., Miami, Fla. 33131. Bidding will commence with the
minimum initial bid of at least US $2.125 million and then in
increments of no less than US $25,000. Bidders who submit a qualified
