Société Foncière Lyonnaise (Paris:FLY) has completed its prestigious property complex at 249/251 rue Saint-Honoré with the opening of Dsquared²´s flagship boutique, followed in a few days by that of Ports 1961. Both stores are housed in the same premium building as the luxury hotel being leased to the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group.
The inauguration of the new Parisian palace took place on 22 September during a magnificent ceremony organised by the Mandarin Hotel and attended by a host of celebrities.
To carry out the high-profile project, SFL and the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group enlisted some of today´s most talented architects and designers, including Jean-Michel Wilmotte, Sybille de Margerie, Patrick Jouin and Sanjit Manku.
