expansion of its middle market company memberships to include Human
Resources and Finance executives in Europe. Through two programs - the
HR Executive Forum and the Finance Leadership Exchange - European
organizations with between US$ 100 million and US$ 750 million in
revenues will have access to best practice research, benchmarking
tools, accredited teleconferences, peer groups, and customizable tools
and templates that are vital to the activities and processes of
mid-market finance and HR executives.

During the winter of 2007, The HR Executive Forum will be
presenting best practice research, resources and teleconferences on
topics ranging from attracting critical talent in Europe, succession
management, and talent management benchmarks across European
companies. The Finance Leadership Exchange will offer middle market
CFOs shared experience and insights regarding managing Mergers and
Acquisitions, planning for growth funding, and reporting under
International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
