The Belgian Employment Office (Office pour l´Emploi Belge, or
ONEM) has chosen Sodexho (PARIS:SW) (OTCBB:SDXAY) as its exclusive
partner for its Vouchers for Services program, a result of the
company´s innovative offer in response to a request for proposals. The
program is similar to France´s in-home help vouchers program.
The program currently has 560,000 Voucher users and 1,600
participating enterprises.
Sodexho´s participation in the five-year contract will commence at
the beginning of 2008 with expected issue volume for the calendar year
of more than 800 million euro.

global provider of Food and Facilities Management services, with more
than 342,000 employees in 80 countries. For Fiscal 2007, which closed
