Rennco's new Low Energy Seal System and Uptime Jaw Assembly
provide customers with effective tools to improve packaging line

products. Rennco's Low Energy Seal System, which is available on new
Rennco bagging machines or as a retrofit for earlier models, provides
a low temperature seal on polyethylene and cast polypropylene
materials. The low temperature system produces a high quality seal,
while reducing potential plastic buildup on machine components which
can lead to costly downtime and maintenance. The system also provides
a clean-cut edge to all seals.
Rennco's Low Energy Seal System includes the new Uptime Jaw
Assembly, which provides customers with an easily adjustable, robust
sealing jaw. The Uptime Jaw Assembly features a unique cam system that
allows precise adjustment to the sealing system and exact
repositioning of the assembly during maintenance. The Uptime Jaw
Assembly is standard on all new Rennco machines, included in all
retrofits to the Low Energy Seal System, and available as an upgrade
to previous models. The Uptime Jaw Assembly works with all available
Rennco seal types.
