Language Weaver Opens Second European Sales Operations Office, Expanding Service to International Clients

Language Weaver, a leading software company developing enterprise
software for the automated translation of human languages, today
announced it has retained Emmanuel Tonnelier as sales director for
southern Europe. He will also drive additional sales and marketing
penetration in the Middle East and Africa for the rapidly growing
company. The office will be located in Paris.

Having established its leadership in automated translation using
statistical methodologies in the U.S. and northern Europe, Language
Weaver is expanding into additional international markets to support
its commercial and government customers. Tonnelier comes to Language
Weaver with an outstanding record in software sales and extensive
experience in developing new overseas sales channels and strategic
partnerships. Language Weaver recently announced its intention to
develop low density language modules and direct translations between
them. Adding this additional sales office will help the company
support growth in areas serviced by these languages.

"I am pleased to be joining Language Weaver in Europe at this
time, as the company's reputation and sales are building momentum in
international commercial enterprise markets," Tonnelier said. "The
company is dedicated to providing excellent customer support for
international markets. With another European office we support our
customers' access to global customers, accelerate the European
enterprise's ability to work with U.S. and African markets, and break
down language barriers among multinational workers and businesses."

A native of France, Tonnelier has worked in executive sales and
marketing management positions for various multinational software
companies. Most recently he was general manager for Panda Software's
French subsidiary, where he developed a new sales structure,
reorganized the company and was responsible for operations. He had
been promoted to the position after first serving as business
development manager for Panda. Tonnelier is fluent in French, Spanish
and English and has a basic understanding of Korean and Indonesian.
His education is extensive both in undergraduate and graduate level
work; he holds a diploma in physics from the Institute of Technology
in Reims, as well as diplomas in electronics, microelectronics and
computer science from the University of Reims Champagne-Ardenne,
France.

This is the second satellite office for Language Weaver outside
the continental United States. The first European office was added in
Belgium in early 2006 and is headed by Patrick Vanderper as sales
director for central and northern Europe.

"We look forward to continued international growth in sales for
Language Weaver as we head towards 2008," said Dr. Daniel Marcu,
interim CEO for Language Weaver. "Emmanuel's experience with opening
new markets and working with collaboration markets makes him a great
addition to our expanding sales and marketing team."
