Syniverse Technologies (NYSE: SVR), a leading provider of

industry, announced today a new contract to supply PEOPLEnet,
Ukraine's first nationwide 3G mobile operator, with a comprehensive
range of roaming and clearing solutions that will drive choice for its
subscribers and accelerate new data services.
The unique multiservices contract will take PEOPLEnet services
offering to the next level and enable CDMA-to-GSM and CDMA-to-CDMA
network roaming for its subscribers as well as an improved, seamless
data services experience in any location. Syniverse will manage all
the processes for PEOPLEnet, who will gain time-to-market, operational
expenditure and subscriber experience benefits.
The contract win draws on Syniverse's long-standing expertise in
the global CDMA market and as one of the leading global providers of
roaming and clearing solutions.

The agreement also includes a number of complementary solutions
that have been developed specifically to improve subscriber experience
and PEOPLEnet's business agility in a dynamic and growing marketplace.
PEOPLEnet will use Syniverse UniRoam(R), the first ever
international standard, international roaming solution that allows
operators to provide a universal global roaming service across both
CDMA and GSM-based networks. UniRoam is complemented by Syniverse
ACCESS(R) roaming data transaction clearinghouse service. ACCESS which
will ensure accurate invoicing and settlement of PEOPLEnet's roaming
voice calls and wireless data events, and simplify the exchange and
management of information between the company and its roaming
partners. PEOPLEnet also will use INPackSM, Syniverse's CDMA-based
roaming data exchange service that provides secure, reliable transport
of data as well as access to PEOPLEnet's roaming partners and
Syniverse's mobile data roaming services. The multiservices agreement
also encompasses Syniverse's International Networking Solution to
support SS7 signaling and Syniverse's conversion services to support
multiple roaming standards.
