Atlantic-Pacific Capital, Inc., the largest independent global
placement agent for alternative investment funds and direct private
placements, announced today the hiring of nine investment and finance
professionals over the past four months to meet demand for the firm's
services. These new professionals are part of the firm's on-going
strategy to better serve its clients by strengthening global
fundraising capabilities and reinforce the firm's reputation as a
leader in the private placement industry.

global service to our GP and LP clients."
To date in 2007, Atlantic-Pacific Capital has held closings on
nine funds and private placement mandates totaling $4.1 billion. Since
inception, the firm has acted as placement agent on 48 transactions,
raising over $33 billion in capital.

Of the nine new professionals who recently joined the firm, five
individuals are at senior levels including:
Robert Bibow joined the firm's London office as a Partner to focus
on direct placement transactions. Prior to joining Atlantic-Pacific
Capital, Mr. Bibow was a Managing Director with Bluewater Ventures
Limited, a principal investment business based in London, focusing on
buyouts in the media and communications sector. His career includes
investment banking roles with Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs & Co., SBC
Warburg and Security Pacific Merchant Bank, during which he was
involved in M&A, debt and equity transactions for a broad range of
financial sponsors, corporations and governments in Europe, Asia and
the Americas. Mr. Bibow earned an MBA from Columbia Business School, a
BA from Trinity College and speaks French and German.
Brad Barsily joined the firm's Greenwich office as a Principal to
focus on both fund and direct placement mandates. For the past nine
years, Mr. Barsily has been Director of Capital Markets for Connell
Finance Company and Connell Real Estate & Development Company, where
he managed both entities' capital markets programs and was responsible
for managing all equity and debt placements, transaction syndication
and other capital raising activities. Prior to joining Connell, he was
a Senior Vice President at Barsily International Ltd. where he
provided clients with strategic advisory and capital raising services.
He started his career as an equity investment analyst for a trio of
asset management firms. Mr. Barsily earned an MBA from Columbia
Business School and a BS from Union College.
Hugh Bigham joined the firm's London office as a Principal to
focus on real estate fund distribution. Prior to joining
Atlantic-Pacific Capital, Mr. Bigham was a Director with HSBC
Alternative Investments, Ltd. where he led the global real estate fund
advisory business. Before joining HSBC, he was a Director with UBS
Global Asset Management, responsible for creating and distributing UBS
real estate funds to institutional investors in Europe, the Middle
East and the U.S. Previously, Mr. Bigham worked with Lend Lease Real
Estate Investments in marketing and business development roles in
Europe and began his career as a research analyst with a division of
Lend Lease, Bovis Lend Lease. Mr. Bigham earned a BA from the College
of Charleston and speaks French and Spanish.
Stephen Salyer joined the firm's Greenwich office as a Vice
President to focus on private equity, real estate and hedge fund
distribution to investors on the East Coast. Prior to joining
Atlantic-Pacific Capital, Mr. Salyer was a Vice President with
Probitas Partners where he led Limited Partner account coverage for
the Southeastern region of the U.S. Before Probitas, he was a Senior
Analyst with Potomac Investment Services, a private equity placement
boutique in Washington, DC. Prior to that, he worked in a variety of
roles associated with the Washington, DC political community. Mr.
Salyer earned a BA in Political Economy from Tulane University.
Robin Latour joined the firm's San Francisco's office as a Vice
President to focus on private equity, real estate and hedge fund
distribution to family offices and high net worth investors throughout
the U.S. Prior to joining Atlantic-Pacific Capital, she spent over six
years as an Assistant Vice President with the Private Fund Group of
Credit Suisse servicing the family office and high net worth
marketplace. Prior to joining Credit Suisse, Ms. Latour worked at
Salomon Smith Barney in Private Client Services. Ms. Latour earned a
BA from The Colorado College.
The other four professionals who recently joined the firm include
Richard Awbery (Associate - London), Eric Dyer (Associate -
Greenwich), Yi Yi Sun (Associate - Greenwich), and Cham Dhaliwal
(Analyst - London).
