VIENA (Thomson Financial) - La Organización de Países Exportadores de Petróleo (OPEP) debería esperar 'al menos hasta diciembre' para aumentar su producción, dijo el ministro de Petróleo de Venezuela, Rafael Ramírez, un día antes de la reunión del cártel en Viena.
