Ron Scott Promoted to Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales and Distribution, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment to Expand Publishing Partnerships and Distribution Reach in Games Industry

Ron Scott has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Worldwide
Sales and Distribution, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, it was
announced today by John Quinn, Executive Vice President, Worldwide
Supply Chain Management, Warner Home Video.

In his new role, Scott will expand upon his current
responsibilities and focus on building a state of the art, direct to
retail games business for Warner Bros. Home Entertainment in all major
global markets. He is also responsible for engaging the company's
distribution partners and involved in the ongoing management of these
relationships.

"The games industry is a high growth area for Warner Bros. that
presents numerous opportunities to further establish us as a key
player in the market and expand on market share," said Quinn. "Ron's
deep expertise in both the interactive space, as well as in building
long-term partner relationships, will be of great value to us going
forward."

Since joining Warner Bros. Home Entertainment in January 2007,
Scott helped develop the direct to retail strategy that is now the
basis of Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment's publishing model. In
addition, Scott was an integral team member in finalizing the
distribution deals with Codemasters, Brash Entertainment, and Empire
Interactive, which augment Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment's
internal product flow and helped the operation gain scale quickly.

out our North American team and expanding our industry partnerships,"
said Scott, "and expect the business to gain additional momentum as we
expand the organization internationally and continue to build our
network of industry partners."

Prior to joining Warner Bros. Home Entertainment, Scott held the
posts of President and Board Member of Crave Entertainment and
Executive Vice President of Worldwide Publishing for Activision. Scott
is a graduate of Occidental College in Eagle Rock, California.
