has successfully completed the requirements for Ariba, Inc.'s Ariba(R)
Ready(TM) designation. Fieldglass was awarded the designation based on
its proven ability to effectively transact with and provide content to
organizations using Ariba Buyer through Ariba(R) Supplier Network(TM).
InSite(R), the contingent workforce management and services
procurement software from Fieldglass, is an all-in-one, on-demand
application which optimizes the processes associated with the
procurement and management of contingent labor and other external
business services such as consulting projects, outsourced and offshore
functions. Fieldglass has integrated InSite with Ariba in order to
leverage the investment that companies have made in Ariba's spend
management solution while providing additional functionality for labor
spend management.

before returning to the Ariba procurement solution to complete the
labor procurement transaction. Ariba PunchOut provides a seamless
interface between the end-user's procurement environment and InSite.
As part of the Ariba Ready program, Fieldglass joined Ariba at its
conference, Ariba LIVE 2007, May 21 - 23 in Boca Raton, Florida. Ariba
LIVE 2007 is an executive level conference developed for spend
management professionals by spend management professionals, providing
leading-edge information to senior management within Global 2000
companies. The event, with over 1200 attendees from a wide range of
industries, brought together Ariba customers, prospects, suppliers and
partners to a forum that encouraged the sharing of ideas, best
