WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The United States has doubts about a South Korean media report that North Korea is making preparations to conduct a third nuclear test, the U.S. State Department said on Tuesday.
"We are sceptical of that report," State Department spokesman P.J. Crowley told reporters.
