China central bank sees risks of global asset bubble, inflation

BEIJING (Reuters) - China's central bank said on Friday that it saw growing risks of global asset bubbles and inflation and warned that huge, hidden bank bad loans in the West could pose a threat to the global economy.

The People's Bank of China also highlighted risks of downgrading of sovereign credit ratings in major economies.
