Ocean Tomo Auctions Releases Results of Spring 2007 Live Intellectual Property Auction

Ocean Tomo Auctions, LLC -- the auctions arm of Ocean Tomo, LLC,
the leading Intellectual Capital Merchant Banc(R) firm -- today
announced the auction floor results of its Spring 2007 Live
Intellectual Property Auction held on April 19th in Chicago.
Cumulative lot prices, including buyers' premium, was $11,429,000
producing strong results for buyers and sellers alike, with further
transactions anticipated to close in the coming weeks. Agreed upon
post auction transactions have already exceeded $1,100,000 in value.

"We are extremely pleased with the results. They are extraordinary
and show a solid progression from our first two auctions," said Andrew
T. Ramer, President of Ocean Tomo Auctions. "Not only did the total
amount of patent sales on the floor more than double the past two
auctions, but a number of other key factors increased considerably as
well -- the average selling price per patent, the percentage of total
lots sold, and the percentage of successful sellers. We are proud that
Ocean Tomo Auctions has become the leading global marketplace for IP
assets."

Record-Breaking Sale Prices

Two lots sold at the Ocean Tomo Spring 2007 Live IP Auction set
the world's record for highest selling prices for patents at a
multi-lot live IP auction. Image Telecommunications Corp. sold Lot 20,
a portfolio of patents supporting a video-on-demand technology, for
$3,025,000, and Lot 25, a mobile social networking patent, sold for
$2,860,000.

Key Auction Facts

Thirty-four of the 67 lots were sold on the floor for a 51%
transaction success rate; 55% of the sellers who participated in the
auction successfully transacted their patents; and the average selling
price per lot was $336,148. Successful sellers included multinational
companies such as Eastman Kodak, Sun Microsystems, Inc., and Iomega
Corporation as well as small to mid-size companies, professional
inventors, and others.
