AMSTERDAM (AFX-España) - Barclays PLC se ha reunido con el regulador de los mercados en Holanda, AFM, para mantener conversaciones preliminares sobre la posible adquisición de ABN Amro Holding NV, confirmó un portavoz del citado regulador.
