At the 28 March meeting of the SFL (Paris:FLY) Board of Directors,
chaired by Luis Portillo, the Board decided to recommend to
shareholders a 52% increase in the 2006 dividend to EUR 3.20 per
share.
After taking into account the interim dividend of EUR 0.70 per
share paid in November 2006, the final dividend will amount to EUR
2.50 per share. The Annual General Meeting will be held on 9 May and
the dividend will be payable as from Tuesday, 15 May.
