EFD, Inc. Wins Fourth Consecutive Service Excellence Award

EFD, Inc.'s Solder Paste Group has won Circuits Assembly
magazine's prestigious Service Excellence Award for the fourth year in
a row.

The company competed in the "Solder Materials Supplier" category
and received the award during the recent APEX Electronics Exposition
in Los Angeles, CA.

This distinguished awards program is the only contest in the
industry where the winners are determined solely by customer responses
to an independent survey in which they are asked to honestly evaluate
their satisfaction in five key areas: Dependability, Ease of Use,
Responsiveness, Technology, and Value for the Price. Comments released
after this year's awards ceremony ranged from "EFD's support was
outstanding" to "We get better value from EFD than our other vendors."

Each year, EFD's Solder Paste Group asks a different group of
customers if they would be willing to participate in the Circuits
Assembly survey. "We want to get as broad an overview of customer
satisfaction as possible," explains Keith Wheeler, the Group's General
Manager. "We work hard to provide our customers with the best service
we can, and it's rewarding when they tell us we've succeeded."
