The Supervisory Board of Atos Euronext Market Solutions Holding
(AEMS) announces the appointment with immediate effect of Mr Philippe
Germond, currently member of the Management Board of Atos Origin, to
the position of Chairman of the Management Board of AEMS.
Francis Delacourt has also been appointed, as Deputy to M.
Germond and will join the Management Board of AEMS with immediate
effect.
This decision follows disagreement between the AEMS Supervisory
Board and the current Chairman of the Management Board on the future
strategic direction of the company.
