Twin car bombs kill 30 in Iraqi capital

BAGHDAD (Reuters) - Twin car bombs targeting two government buildings killed at least 30 people and wounded 40 in central Baghdad on Sunday, police said.

Police and Iraqi State TV said the blasts were aimed at Baghdad's provincial government building and the Ministry of Justice.
