Unisone and Intelligentz Launch Mobile Search Reaching Millions of Users

Unisone Corporation and Intelligentz Automotive Corporation
through its URL www.Parts.com, the #1 ranked parts website on the
Internet, today announced the launch of a mobile parts search
application. Mobile phone users can now locate and price millions of
factory parts using only their phones. Dealerships now have the
ability to reach customers through mobile search with technology that
matches the products to the customers' exact needs.

Unisones' patent portfolio, which includes U.S. Patent No
6,996,538 "Inventory Control System and Methods", implements Radio
Frequency Identification (RFID) inventory verification. Using
Intelligentz's mobile search, consumers and businesses are now able to
search for over 19 million unique part numbers from more than 40
automotive manufacturers and more than 1,000 car dealers nationwide
who are part of the TradeMotion network of dealers, all from the
convenience of a mobile device.

"Today, when a customer types in 2005 Corvette Alternator in
Southern California on Google, the customer is given over 27,000
results and on Yahoo they're given over 63,000 results," stated Tom
Kopenhaver, Parts Director for Lake Chevrolet in Southern California.
"The problem is consumers are lost in a sea of results and given no
real useful information such as availability and where it's located
nearest to them. What I get with TradeMotion's application is a search
method that puts my inventory and price in proximity to my buyer."

This new application allows multiple manufacturers, distributors,
suppliers and retailers the ability to electronically post their
inventory items by vertical in Intelligentz' Inventory Data Servers
(IDS). The patent pending technology "System and Methods for Locating
and Purchasing Proximal Inventory Items" derives from and builds upon
Unisone's '538 patent. As sellers continue to aggregate their
inventory data to Intelligentz's Inventory Data Servers and adopt RFID
technology, this platform will continue to leverage businesses
inventory and allow consumers and businesses to rapidly search within
proximity of their actual location for items of interest without
separately searching multiple search databases.

"We have all experienced the fatal flaws of the search engines
when searching for particular items and then presented with literally
thousands of untargeted results which are paid for by businesses even
if it is not relevant to the search term," stated Michael T. Lucas,
President of Intelligentz Automotive Corporation. "Retailers can
utilize this application today independent of their existing
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and should they choose to
implement RFID inventory tracking, then inventory results are verified
to the buyer within seconds, without human interaction," explained Mr.
Lucas.

Businesses, and in particular car dealers, have experienced
frustration with the current marketing method and have expressed a
desire to reduce or eliminate this Cost Per Click (CPC) marketing
expense that only serve to enrich search giants like Google, Yahoo and
MSN to name a few. The current search model brings nominal Return On
Investment (ROI) to dealers and businesses as a result of the
competitive nature of CPC. Using the Intelligentz IDS search engine,
dealerships and other retailers in all verticals will be able to
optimize their inventory levels by reducing the inventory of slow
moving items, and more importantly increase their inventory of fast
moving items, through its "TradeMotion Live Tracking Report" which
enables retailers to manage and optimize inventory levels in
real-time, based on consumer demand. Businesses can retrieve data from
search queries and compare this data with their existing inventory to
determine the current market trends in their local area.

"Until now search engine methods lacked the real time inventory
data that consumers desired for a more targeted result," concluded Mr.
Lucas.
