El presidente de E.ON, Wulf Bernotat, espera poder cerrar el largo proceso de compra de Endesa antes de que acabe el año.
FRANCFORT (AFX-España) - Endesa SA podría retirar las demandas judiciales presentadas contra Gas Natural y el Gobierno de José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero para acelerar el proceso de la oferta de 37.000 millones de la alemana E.On por la eléctrica española, según informó la revista germana Spiegel sin citar fuentes.
E.On prevé la aprobación final por parte del regulador bursátil CNMV en los próximos días.
