BRUSELAS (AFX-España) - La Comisión Europea lanzó el miércoles un nuevo procedimiento de infracción contra España por no aplicar la condena que la obliga a retirar las condiciones que impuso al grupo energético alemán E.ON para comprar la empresa eléctrica Endesa, anunció Bruselas.
