BRUSELAS (AFX-España) - El crecimiento del empleo en la eurozona fue del 0,3% en el cuarto trimestre de 2006 respecto al trimestre anterior y del 1,6% frente al último trimestre de 2005, según publicó (Eurostat), la oficina de estadísticas de la UE.
