There's no question the girl will be clad in bodyhugging leather/latex throughout the film, but in terms of superheroine costumes in movies, this is pretty much Gloria Steinem's dream realized.
Stack it against Halle Berry as Catwoman. Or Jennifer Lawrence in "X-Men." Malin Akerman and Carla Gugino wore garters in "Watchmen," for crying out loud.
Unlike Berry's Catwoman look, Hathaway's getup falls closer to the "clothes" end of the spectrum than the "ripped-up-trashbags" end. This is a good thing.
Also, she has what look like some serious goggles and she gets to drive an awesome motorbike.
(There's also this photo, of course, which leaked a little later -- but at least you have to open the outfit to get to that point.)
We knew Christopher Nolan wouldn't let us down.
