Tiger Woods' mother-in-law hospitalised - reports

MIAMI (Reuters) - The woman who was taken to the hospital from golfer Tiger Woods' home in Windermere, Florida, is his mother-in-law, MSNBC and Fox reported Tuesday.

Local media have showed footage of a blond woman being taken on a stretcher to a hospital in Ococee, Florida, and reported that medics were called to Woods' home at 2:36 a.m. (7:36 a.m. British time).

Woods, the world's No. 1 golfer, has been the focus of a media storm since he was injured in car crash near his home late last month. He has since admitted to "transgressions" that apparently addressed allegations of marital infidelity.
