OUAGADOUGOU (Reuters) - Burkina Faso's president elect Roch Marc Kabore said on Tuesday that reviving the economy will be a top priority when he takes office along with improving access to clean water, healthcare and education.
"We need to organise ourselves to take in hand the whole country's preoccupations because our first objective is not simply to revive the economy but at the same time to satisfy the fundamental needs of the whole population," he said in an interview hours after winning Sunday's election.
