BAGHDAD (Reuters) - Bomb blasts across the Iraqi capital killed at least 20 people on Tuesday, police and medical sources said.
The deadliest explosion was on Palestine Street in eastern Baghdad, where a car bomb blew up near a restaurant, killing nine.
