BAKU (Reuters) - At least 16 people were killed and dozens wounded on Tuesday in a fire that ripped through a multi-storey residential building in Azerbaijan's capital, Baku, local news agency APA reported.
One victim jumped from the burning building, and children were among those killed, the agency said.
