MOSCOW (Reuters) - Russian fighter jets have started the 'active phase' of military exercises in Russia's northwest, Interfax news agency said on Wednesday, citing a spokesman for Russia's Western military district.
The exercises will include air-to-air missile drills, Interfax reported.
