Two United Nations workers killed in Somalia - spokesman

MOGADISHU (Reuters) - Two male expatriate consultants working for the United Nations in Somalia were shot dead on Monday, at Galkayo Airport in north central Somalia, said a U.N. spokesman.

Aleem Siddique, the United Nations Assistance Mission in Somalia (UNSOM) said the U.N. would not release the names and nationalities of the two workers until their families had been notified of their death.
