CHISINAU (Reuters) - A car exploded in the centre of Moldovan capital Chisinau on Tuesday, killing at least three people, a witness told Reuters.
Minsk resident Yevgeny Balakin said the blast, which he saw from inside a building, shattered the windows of nearby cars. He said he saw at least three bodies near the blast site.
