TEPCO chief to meet media on nuclear crisis outlook -NHK

TOKYO (Reuters) - Japanese nuclear power plant operator Tokyo Electric will hold a news conference on Sunday on the outlook for the crisis at its quake-damaged plant in Fukushima, 240 km (150 miles) northeast of Tokyo, public broadcaster NHK reported.

Engineers have been struggling to get cooling systems working at the plant, which was damaged by the March 11 quake and tsunami that left some 28,000 people dead or missing and devastated a large swath of northeastern Japan.
