TOKYO (Reuters) - The operator of Japan's quake-stricken nuclear power plant was preparing on Thursday to spray water into the complex's No.3 reactor, Tokyo Electric Power said.
The company is worried about the reactor unit's spent-fuel cooling pool, which has been overheating, threatening to send more radioactive steam into the atmosphere.
