Magnitude 7.0 quake rocks Chile - USGS

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - A 7.0 magnitude earthquake struck Chile, northwest of Concepcion, on Friday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.

The quake was 28 miles (33 km) northwest of Concepcion and 11.4 miles (18 km) deep, the USGS said.
